Patients see you on Google first.

Before they call, they check your hours, your reviews and your website. That is where small mistakes pile up.

  1. Opening hours that are out of date

Public holidays, annual leave and shift changes often appear only on the practice door.

  2. A link that no longer works

Google shut down business.site pages in 2024. Profiles that still link to them send patients to an empty address.

  3. Reviews without a reply

A reply shows that someone looks after the profile. It has to be careful, because it must not confirm that the author is a patient.

  4. A website that never changes

A new dentist, a new price list or a new service never reaches the website, because nobody at the practice has time for it.

Three practices, three different websites.

Fictional practices, built the way we would build yours. Each has its own character and the same rules.

How we work.

  1. Review

We look at your website and Google profile and send a one-page summary of findings. Free, with no obligation.

  2. Offer

We agree on the scope, price and timeline. You receive a written offer and a draft contract.

  3. Build

We build the website and set up the profile. The dentist approves every text before it goes live.

  4. Launch

The website goes live on your domain. If you wish, we keep maintaining it and your Google profile.

Frequently asked questions

Another question? Write to contact@ervalos.com.

Who owns the domain and the Google profile?

You do. The domain is registered to the practice and the Google profile stays under your account. We only have manager access, which we remove when we stop working together.

Do we have to take maintenance?

No. After the build, the website, domain and Google profile are yours. You can arrange maintenance straight away, later or never, and if you stop it, you get the whole website and help moving it.

Who writes the texts?

We prepare a draft from the information you give us, and the dentist reviews and approves it in writing. Nothing is published without your approval.

Do you collect reviews from our patients?

No. The Code does not allow public thank-you notes arranged with a patient, and it is not yet clear how the Chamber views asking for Google reviews. So we only reply to reviews that arrive on their own, without confirming that the author is a patient and without mentioning any treatment.

Does the price list have to be online?

From 17 November 2026, the Consumer Protection Act requires traders to publish their current price lists on their websites. How this applies to health services is not yet settled, so every website we build includes a price list, with prices that are not below the Chamber’s minimum prices.

Does the website need a cookie notice?

No, because we use no cookies, analytics, or embedded third-party maps and fonts. The website still has a privacy notice.

Do you work with practices that have an HZZO contract?

Yes. The website clearly separates services covered by compulsory insurance from private services and shows the hours for each.

Who is behind Ervalos?

Ervalos is a small studio in Zagreb. It is run by Luka, who personally does every review and website and answers every enquiry.
